Developed for performance while on a budget, this AA Performance Products counter weighted cast crankshaft is great for Volkswagen street engines that produce less than 100hp. This Counter Weighted Volkswagen crankshaft is precision CNC machined. The oil passages are Cross Drilled and Chamfered. The Main & Rod Journals have been Radiused, Nitrided and Micro Polished. Requires the use of an offset SPG 8-dowel flywheel. Flywheel dowel pins included. For higher horsepower street engines it is advised to use a 4140 forged chromoly crankshaft or if you're wanting the most horsepower you can get we would suggest a 4340 forged chromoly crankshaft.   

Installation Note: Stroker Cranks require machining of case and possibly other internal components for rod clearance. Crankshaft dowel pins may need to be installed.
