AA Performance Products presents a premium piston and cylinder set, also known as pistons and liners, meticulously engineered for the Volkswagen Type-1 engine. This exceptional set showcases forged pistons meticulously crafted from 2618 aluminum, a high-strength alloy renowned for its remarkable performance attributes. The forged pistons, designed with a 0 offset and additional material to accommodate valve pockets, deliver unparalleled strength and durability in comparison to cast aluminum pistons. They are particularly well-suited for a wide range of performance engine combinations.  

Product Note: Pistons come in two different stroke measurements often referred to as "A" Pistons or (94 x 69mm) and "B" Pistons or (94 x 82mm). Crankshaft strokes measuring 69, 74 and 76mm generally use the "A" pistons while crankshaft strokes measuring 78, 80, 82, 84 and 86mm and larger generally use the "B" pistons.  

Installation Note: This part requires machine work to be performed to the engine case and cylinder heads before installation.
