Manufactured by Facet, this electronic solid-state fuel pump is engineered without troublesome internal seals, points, or diaphragms that can wear out or rupture. Operating on a standard 12-volt negative ground system, it delivers a reliable 3.0 to 4.5 PSI shut-off pressure, making it the ideal pressure range to feed carburetors (such as Weber IDF, HPMX, progressive carbs, or stock Solex setups) without overpowering the needle and seats. Drawing approximately 1 amp, it features built-in pressure relief to eliminate vapor lock and hot-start flooding on scorching summer days. This fuel pump will not work for fuel injected applications.
