The Flosser 12V 21/5W 1157 Bulb is the industry-standard dual-filament lamp for late-model air-cooled Volkswagens. While sometimes referred to as a 22W bulb in vintage catalogs, it is technically a 21/5W bulb, where the 21W filament handles the bright brake/turn signal function and the 5W filament provides the dimmer tail light glow.
