These VW door panel clip/body molding seals are placed in the door and quarter panel holes before the door panel clip is secured to the door on all 49-77 Bug and 71-79 Super Beetle. This seal provides a water barrier and eliminates any rattle between the door panel and the body of the car. This seal is also used for 54-66 Bug body molding to help prevent moisture from entering the body and causing rust.

Installation Note: This seal is designed for a 5/16" hole used on early Beetle for the door panel clips as well as the body molding and will not work on later Bus with a 1/4" hole.
