Flywheel shim fits Volkswagen 12-1600cc Type 1/2/3 40hp late style based engines. VW used a combination of 3 shims to set end play. When building your next engine its best to buy an assortment of shims for best results. Kit Includes: (1) .24mm, (1) .30mm, (1) .32mm, (1) .34mm, (1) .36mm and (1) .38mm Flywheel Shims.  

Application Note: These Flywheel Shims have an inside diameter of approximately 53.5mm and will fit some later 40hp crankshafts. If you have an early 1200 40hp crank shaft these shims will not fit your application. Please verify your application before purchase to ensure this part is correct for your project.
